For filming exteriors I wouldn't recommend, their are neighboring houses on either side with dogs barking all day, plus major traffic on the street.
Also the experience was a bit weird, we didn't really use the interiors because the homeowner required booties inside the house at all times, or ramboard everywhere (which wasn't communicated until we arrived.) She also kept her cat at the house, which was an issue with cast and crew allergies. In hindsight I would have asked her and the family to take their pets and not be in the house during filming since it was such a small space.
