I enjoy great architecture and would like to make my building available for film and TV productions. It's been used several times by various film production companies. We have two separate power panel since our building was wired for 2 separate tenants. We have qty 2 NEMA 14-50R, 125/250 Volts, 50 Amps plugs in parking lot and easy access to the power panels. Some of the film crews have put their own content on the large screen displays/tv's used throughout the office.

The host was great. We were allowed the full facility and had it to ourselves. They also were flexible when our time went over and just billed us for the extra hours very simply. Love this place. Great food for lunch right across the street. Street traffic can be a little loud at times when filming when the door opens but overall it was amazing.

Absolutely amazing space for filming! Great natural light with a lot of space to use as staging areas. We had a great time filming our tv show pilot there and couldn't have asked for a better Office location. Lorenzo, the location manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times. We were allowed to use the parking for our grip truck, and the rest of our cast and crew managed to easily find free street parking nearby. The area was fairly quiet and we had no issues with sound at all. We would 100% recommend filming here and would definitely use this space again if we have the opportunity to do so!
