At first things started off very shaky. It took days to get a response, the dates listed in the ad were later not available to us, then the date booked was later told to us would be canceled. Finally the fourth time, we were able to book the location with no more problems. What made this location great was Ally, she helped us every step of the way by answering all questions and assisting us throughout our booking date. My rating would be lower if it wasn't for Ally. She communicated very well, while all the time being kind, helpful and professional. Thanks Ally!
One of the best looking escape rooms for film productions. The detail of the props and set design all look super realistic! We had a slight issue with our booking, but Jasmin was quick to rectify the situation and offer a partial refund on our missed time. So for that, I give her my full recommendation... Book without hesitation!
The location worked perfectly for my small shoot and the staff was most helpful. However, the address given on my documentation was not the same as the actually shooting location. This caused a slight delay in our start, but overall, a very good experience. Thank you.
