Madeline's team were great to host. It's unfortunate that we weren't informed immediately when there were issues with TV and extension cord as we would have remedied it for a smooth session.
We have since tested the TV and it's working without any issues. I believe the connections/cables/apps might have had issues.
The extension cable was inside the switch box and it was portable to move around the room with 2 sets of plugs in each corner of the room. Unfortunately had we known this during the session we could have remedied it immediately.
In any case we are very glad you brought up those points to our attention as we strive to improve and we'll ensure it doesn't happen again. Looking forward to hosting you and your team in the near future.
