Sententia Vera Cultural Hub, The Hub, is one of the first green buildings constructed over 25 years by a group of eco-conscious community members of Dripping Springs and the Texas Hill Country.
The southwestern architecture includes a metal frame & roof, walls of straw bales with stucco inside and out, sourced by a 40K-gallon rainwater harvesting system. The stucco rainwater tank mural depicts the feminine energy felt throughout the sustainable property, called Weaving the Way.
The Hub is nestled in a 1.5-acre grove of Live Oak and Cedar trees, lined with stringed lighting providing a welcoming ambiance by nature.

We had an event at the Hub on a Thursday evening. Theresa and her team were accommodating, helpful and on top of things. I highly recommend The Hub for events!
Our group's annual planning retreat at Sententia Vera Cultural Hub was an excellent experience. The location just outside of Austin is far enough to unplug from the office and home, but close enough to have a very short commute. The amenities are excellent, complete with everything we needed to host our group for an entire day, with a main room, space for break out sessions, and wonderful outdoor space. We highly recommend the Hub for any group gathering.
Loved this location for a couple of day retreats I facilitated! The room is open and flexible to accommodate small group work and larger group conversations. The A/V resources are very good, and the on-site staff support throughout the day is much appreciated. I was also impressed with the professional looking table covers; they added a very professional “look” to the event. The staff is very accommodating and easy to work with! Will definitely be using this location again!
