Swank Mid-Century Modern in Seward Park.

Christine and David went above and beyond for us! Their home is gorgeous and even warmer in person. From arrival to wrap we felt like welcomed guests, not renters. David greeted us, stayed close for questions, then gave us room to create. Christine was kind, responsive, and helped us tailor the day so our project could shine 🤩. We filmed photos and video across the home and the light was beautiful everywhere. It’s not only an honor getting to work in a great space, but it’s even more special getting to work with fantastic people!

Swank Mid-Century Modern in Seward Park.

Absolutely incredible space, better than the photos. Perfectly designed and tailored for photo shoots, video, and podcasts. The rooms are all varied and spacious with plenty of seating so you get lots of options. The hosts Christine and David were so easy to work with, accommodating, and helpful. Super quiet neighborhood with no audio concerns. Lots of natural light in most of the rooms. We recorded multiple videos over the 5 hours we were there and will be renting this space again!

Swank Mid-Century Modern in Seward Park.

Christine's home was the perfect backdrop for our company's off-site meeting. The space feels effortlessly chic, while still being homey and inviting. Gone are the days of our team of creatives squeezing into a dull office space for off-site meetings, this is the way to do it. We look forward to next time! Cherry on top? Christine is an incredibly communitive and accommodating host and answered all our questions promptly.

Incredible and spacious location for that 50s-70s vibe indeed. Very iconic fixtures, architecture, and matching furniture. Easy to communicate with Christine and David, who were very accommodating for our production. Good street parking and driveway for easy load-in and out.

Swank Mid-Century Modern in Seward Park.

This home is stunning and the owners are incredibly helpful and communicative. I highly recommend filming here. The neighborhood is also very production friendly.
