Mom-in-chief to a big old Victorian house, film-friendly, veteran of 3 network TV shoots along with indie productions, commercials, and still photography. Friendly, reasonable, and responsive host--I stay out of your way, but am on-site as your concierge for a successful shoot.
Brenda was a consummate, professional and welcoming host. Her house was perfect for what we needed and she made the entire process from preproduction to wrap a breeze. She was very accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you to Brenda and her entire household for all they did to make our shoot a smooth one.

Brenda is so knowledgeable about renting her space out to productions she will give you all the answers before you even have to ask!
