Authentic New York Style Loft Studio It was great to have Ted Rodrigues open his studio to us and it was very helpful to have him there on set to show us where everything was.

Authentic New York Style Loft Studio Absolutely great space! It is super dynamic and multipurpose! I was able to use this space for two scenes in my music video, it was also equipped with extra gear for me and my crew to use which was lovely. My crew also really appreciated the full kitchen as well as the fact that the space had AC, so we weren’t boiling up. The chandelier is dimmable and attached to pulley so it can be lowered and raised as needed - that was really important and the piece is big and beautiful. Lastly, Rohan and Ted were great and welcoming hosts. They also put me in contact with a beautiful painter named Candace who’s work we incorporated into the project and it was awesome!

Authentic New York Style Loft Studio Great loft studio space. Amazing props and fixtures that are unique. Easy and short flight of stairs. Great parking availability and the access from parking to the unit is excellent.

Authentic New York Style Loft Studio We had a great time at this studio. Rohan was awesome, and it was a really fun, cool vibe the entire time. He shared a lot of great stories that made us laugh and was really accommodating to us, as well.
