Hi there! I'm an actor & activist, LA native, Brooklyn transplant. I mainly need studio space for self-tapes, Zoom meetings, & the like. I'm usually by myself (or with one other person if I need a reader for the self-tape) & am quiet, professional, punctual, respectful of the space, clean, & in and out easily.
