Paul and Doreen’s home was not only beautiful, but fit every one of our needs! Our #1- a basement! Very difficult to find a useable basement in Los Angeles, and we struck gold with their home. During a time of uncertainty and confusion, this home was a breath of fresh air. We would love to go back and film there again! I highly recommend booking this home for your next shoot!

The hosts made us feel welcome from the location scout through our production. They were very prepared with information about the home, down to the number of windows and recent light readings around the house. The yards are beautifully manicured, the driveway is long, and the living areas are spacious and well kept. We had no issues with neighbors, and our small commercial production was a success. Can't wait to shoot here again.
