Site is a rented ground floor apartment on Chevy Chase Circle. The unit is in a historic walk-up building built in 1910. The front exterier on Chevy Chase Pkwy is exceptional, and the interior overlooks an expansive front lawn surounded by beautiful churches, large hardwood trees and the Chevy Chase Circle fountain.The unit is 1300 sq ft. with beautiful large windows, 10' high ceilings, hardwood floors and narrow hallways. Parking lot is restricted for residents only, but street parking, is available with guest permits which the host can provide. Entry into the building is through glass doors into a small lobby with a few marble tile steps. There must be minimal sound and physical disruptions at the site, but it works well for a small, quick shoot with a light footprint, and a small crew of 5-10. Need 2 weeks notice.
