Definitely recommend this place for event ! Derek is the most careful host I ever met. He properly prepared everything for me; therefore I was able to successfully finish my event. I am sure you will like him and his place! I will go back to this location again!

This place is so lovely. Perfect for our shoot. Newly renovated in 2020, very sweet and cozy. Derek is the best host you can hope for. He is very accommodating and showed us around the house during location scouting. He is very flexible and very easy going. We were able to re-arrange the living room for our shoot without any problem. Highly recommended.

Derek and Lauren were very accommodating to our production. Communication was superb and very easy. I would love to come back to this location and shoot again.

It was amazing home for my feature film, the best was the host Derek and his wife was amazing. They wanted to make sure we have everything before they left and so nice to for them to text me make sure everything is working for us… we are very happy and finished an hour earlier … we are looking forward to use it again in the future projects. Thank you Derek JJ
