Joe was so easy to work with - seriously he and his wife couldn't have been kinder to us. House is beautiful and amazing - plenty of room to shoot various different scenes with unique look/feel and still have hair/makeup and wardrobe each with their own room for talent. Parking was a breeze, 2 car driveway gave us plenty of room to unload and stage. Perfect place for a small/midsize production. Book this place!! Reid, Production Coordinator

Can't say enough about this location. First, it's a production designers dream as every square inch of the home feels like it's been curated for a shoot. From the well designed furniture to the smaller design details this interior shoots beautifully from just about any angle. The owners were wonderful to work with. Joseph and his wife were super accommodating and were extremely responsive during the entire process. They were consistently available but gave the production the space to power through our setups and shots. Some of the best owners/location managers I've worked with. If you're looking for a two-story, suburban home tucked away from the hubbub of Los Angeles this is the home for you. Thank you!
