Tito was wonderful! Very flexible, informative, and helpful. We had a great experience filming here — we did a 12-hour day for a talking head interview and it went very smoothly. The space is easy to work with and also includes a lot of very helpful g&e equipment in the rental.
The space isn’t sound proofed (but it isn’t advertised as such), can hear airplanes and motorcycles etc. Also the temperature outside was about 100 degrees and it got pretty warm inside when we had to turn the fans off for sound (which is only natural).
