I produced a photoshoot here and this location was perfect - not only it's a beautiful home but also very production friendly: It has a hair/wardrobe room, plenty of space for talent holding, and easy to load in/out of. Erika was very responsive and easy to work with.
Hands down one of the most beautiful homes I have ever been in. Impeccable design, spotless, and the owner Erika was incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend this space enough. The backyard was also a major plus, the turf looks like real grass on camera and in real-life.

Erika is by far one of the best hosts / site reps I have ever had at a filming location. She's so sweet, helpful, and generous. Her house is gorgeous and VERY film-friendly. She is also on top of her COVID preparedness and we never once felt unsafe. :) I can't wait to film here again and again and again!
Our experience at this location was beyond exceptional. Our host could not have been more accommodating, from the booking, to the scout, to the actual shoot itself. She went above and beyond to make sure we were able to execute exactly as needed, and provided a ton of additional support.
The house itself is beautifully remodeled and very production friendly. There is amazing natural light throughout and a lot of wide open spaces.
Would 100% would recommend to shoot here and will definitely be back again!
