Really nice, accommodating couple. We were a decent size crew (around 40 with 4 cube trucks) so it was a little tight, but the neighborhood is super friendly and neighbors rented us their yards for catering and we had no trouble getting our curb postings with FilmLA.
The hosts were accommodating and kind, and the house has many different rooms in which to shoot/set up gear, with particularly amazing exteriors in the front and back. If you are planning to shoot in a specific room or will rely on an exact look, you may want to check in with the hosts as a few rooms have been rearranged or partially redecorated since the listing pictures were taken. However, the home is lovely and suited our needs well for a fairly large social video shoot!
This house was stunningly beautiful, and very well set up. The host was more than accommodating and helpful to whatever we needed to get going. A pleasure to work with. We would definitely book again.
Hands down the best location for any film that requires a beautiful home adorned with nice furniture and more! Allen was awesome and super cool:) Would recommend 10/10!
