My name is Stefani, and I’m the softball coordinator at RBI Austin, a nonprofit affiliated with Major League Baseball that serves 1,800 youth and their families, primarily in East Austin. I recently joined the organization after 13 years as a high school teacher and coach in Houston. Our mission is to make baseball and softball accessible to all, especially in communities where financial barriers often prevent participation. This event is part of our effort to invest in our athletes’ growth both on and off the field, offering them opportunities they might not otherwise have due to circumstances beyond their control.
