The space was exactly as described, communication was clear, and the receptionist was very friendly. If you're planning to film, I would recommend asking if there are classes in the neighboring space at the same time as it could cause issues with sound. Luckily the timing worked out well for us and when we briefly needed a quick "quiet on set" moment, everyone was super nice about it.
