About the Space

This zen minimalist-meets-industrial chic loft is in an iconic landmarked building and overlooks Duane Park, the heart of Tribeca. Facing south, four floor-to-ceiling arched antique windows are sunny all day. Facing east over historic Staple Street are five 7' high modern windows. The front half of the space has a polished concrete floor, the back half, a rough-hewn black stone tile floor. The entire back half of the space is an open bathroom and closets. The shower is in a custom terrazzo 3" high basin with a circular curtain and is adjacent to another floor-to-ceiling window facing west. Throughout the open loft are architectural moments that are popular with commercial photographers and directors looking for many different shots and settings. Except for the bedrooms, the entire ceiling is comprised of old industrial wood planks, giving the space a warm and intimate feeling - day and night. The space has been featured in Architectural Digest.
