Tall windows generously invite the embrace of natural light, creating an atmosphere of calm and space. Our studio features a unique touch with a wall of backlighted whole-body mirrors, enhancing your practice and allowing you to witness your journey with each pose. Bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle as you embark on a journey of wellness. We understand the importance of proper yoga accessories. Fear not; we've got you covered! We provide all the props you need, from blocks and balls to straps, ensuring your practice is supported and comfortable. We kindly ask that you wipe down the props after use, maintaining a clean and harmonious space for all. We have four dedicated parking spots right at our doorstep. If those are occupied, don't worry – there are dozens of parking spaces surrounding our center, making your visit stress-free from start to finish.
