About the Space

This venue is a neighborhood/dive bar in Austin, TX. We are a full bar open to the public from 3pm-2am, 7 days a week. We have a pool table, 2 dartboards, a back patio, a food truck and a jukebox. Not flashy...just a low-key, down-to-earth neighborhood joint. The back bar displays 29 tap handles, a beer cooler and 2-tiered floating liquor shelves. The ceiling has exposed rafters & exposed ductwork. The walls are painted stucco with randomly exposed cinder block throughout the building. The floor is stained concrete. There are 5 flat screen TVs in the building (2 behind the bar, 2 by the pool table and 1 for the main seating area. We have two bathrooms that (with additional lighting) would work for makeup and wardrobe changing. Pricing will depend on whether or not you want to use the location during business hours. $250 per hour applies to time scheduled outside of business hours (6am-1pm). Time scheduled during business hours (1pm-4am) will require the business to be closed and is subject to a significantly higher rate to cover cost of lost business and to compensate staff.
