About the Space
One-of-a-kind professional artist workspace and condo you must see to believe. Incredible, one-off works of art accompany the open floor plan and large natural light windows. Originally a light manufacturing building converted into office spaces, the open workspace area is the artist's office and creative area. This has not been staged. Hundreds of paintings and vintage antiques adorn the area, as it is his daily workspace. Bottom floor has a 2 car post lift and a staircase leads up to the main floor and up to the rooftop, which gives a great view of the City of Pasadena & San Gabriel Mountains.
