About the Space

A thoughtfully designed creative studio available for a full buyout, including a flexible main event space and private breakout room. The setting is calm, professional, and designed for workshops, leadership off-sites, team gatherings, facilitated sessions, and creative experiences. The main room accommodates 20–30 seated guests and can be arranged in a variety of formats, including classroom-style, collaborative pods, U-shape, or completely cleared for open-floor activities. The private breakout room accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably, with a maximum capacity of 12 including a facilitator and assistant. The space is equipped to support both in-person and hybrid sessions, with six mobile marker boards, three 65-inch HD displays, two podiums, a Sonos surround sound system, conference cameras, and room microphones. On-site AV support is also available. Additional amenities include a kitchenette, clean private restrooms, complimentary lockers subject to availability, and professional cleaning between bookings.
