About the Space

Looking for a woodland estate? Set back from the main road, travel up the long gravel driveway, to your secluded paradise. Plenty of parking available for large groups or production vehicles. Enter the house to an open floor plan which makes for a great ambiance no matter what project you had in mind; creatively decorated with an array of collectibles and antiques. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and has a large island for any gathering. Passed the kitchen, you will find the main floor full bathroom along with three bedrooms. The two bed rooms to your right include a queen size bed in the first and a king size bed in the second. Both have plenty of closet space for your belongings. The last bedroom on your left includes a king size bed and private full bathroom. Toiletries accessible if needed. Don’t miss the washer and dryer located in the hallway closet. Continue upstairs, across the bridge, for a large common area. Wifi, cable and plenty of seating/space for any production prep. There are two sofa beds and a third full bathroom as well. Lastly, be sure to make your way outside to the back yard to a wooded sanctuary. Features a barbecue, picnic tables and lounging under the pergola in the hammock and lawn chairs. At night, gather around the fire pit. Surrounded by woods, hiking trails are accessible directly from the property.
