Wooded Estate with Red Barn, Pool, Creek & Acreage

About the Space

Set on nearly 8 private, wooded acres, this distinctive estate offers multiple looks in one location—ideal for film, television, commercials, photography, branded content, music videos, retreats and select private events. The property’s standout feature is a picturesque red barn and stable surrounded by mature trees, pasture and rolling terrain. Additional exterior settings include wooded areas, a creek, meadow/pasture, seasonal saltwater pool, fire pit with grill top, long driveway, landscaped grounds and an elevated tree platform/play structure with slides, monkey bars and a zipline extending through the trees. The property is especially production-friendly, offering space for crew vehicles, equipment and staging. Production vehicles and box trucks can drive directly to the barn for convenient load-in/load-out through full-size garage door openings, with ample room to turn around on the property. A separate climate-controlled multi-use building provides an excellent production support space and can function as crew holding, wardrobe, hair and makeup, talent holding, production office or staging. It includes work surfaces, desks, rolling chairs, a large whiteboard, cork-board walls, additional refrigeration, power and its own surge-protected breaker panel. Standard bookings include access to the estate grounds, barn/multi-use spaces, pool area, meadow/pasture, wooded areas and creek, plus designated areas of the main residence including one guest bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The guest bedroom may also be used as an additional talent, wardrobe or hair and makeup space. Other areas of the main residence are private and may be available only with advance approval. Furniture and décor in approved spaces may be moved with permission and must be returned to their original location before the end of the booking. Limited roof access may be considered for filming on a case-by-case basis with advance approval. With a residence, red barn, pool, pasture, woods and production-support spaces all on one property, the estate offers productions the ability to capture several distinctly different looks without relocating the company.
