About the Space

Wood shop in industrial building divided into 3 sections: 7300 sf members wood shop, 2600 sf woodworking classroom, 2000 sf lumber storage area. Our shop has natural light from skylights and large roll-up doors, over 20ft high ceilings, large unfinished loft space, 2 bathrooms, air conditioned break room with refrigerator and coffee maker, wifi. Classroom has natural light from windows and large roll-up doors, exposed brick, 25ft high ceilings, beautiful display of hand tools, enclosed gallery or lobby space, bathroom. Weekdays can include all spaces. Weekends exclude classroom. Available hours are negotiable. Tool and machine use not included in normal rental and should not be turned on at any time. Please contact me if you need to use the machines.
