About the Space
Large house in exceptional fairfax area location. The main floor features a huge, upgraded kitchen & breakfast nook, granite counter-tops, wood cabinetry, an open-concept dining area, step down living room with a gas fireplace, laundry room and guest's powder room. The second level is flooded with natural light and provides three true bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious master suite is accented by vaulted ceilings, generous closets and a Jacuzzi tub / shower. The unit has beautiful hardwood floors covering the majority of the unit. The kitchen and bathrooms feature tiles. Minimum Daily Rate that is shown is based on a still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day.
