About the Space

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your upcoming event. Our 1822 farmhouse has a great room that is climate controlled with a wine bar, wood fireplace, media center and is handicap accessible. The room comfortably holds up to 48. The cost is $1050 for the entire day or $725 for 4 hours. This rental includes one staff member for the entire time of rental and trash removal. For larger events, we do offer tent options. Our largest tent is 40 x 60, and the cost is $1600. We also have other size tents available as another event option, but these rentals do not include the tables and chairs, wine and/or beer, which all need to be purchased separately. For catering, we do have caterers that we work with, but you are more than welcome to bring your own food and/or vendor. To reserve your date/time, a 50% deposit is required, and the balance is due 1 month prior to your event.
