About the Space

Located at street level, this spacious studio offers incredible flexibility for all productions and use cases. Comprised of a 10,000 sq ft indoor space and a 14,000 sq ft outdoor area, with massive garage doors opening into a vast courtyard, the venue was once home to popular concert venues, skate parks, and numerous pop-up activations. With 26-foot-high ceilings and a mezzanine level overlooking the main studio, the staging opportunities are endless. The modular design allows large-scale fabrication objects and cars to come inside for showcases. There are three main sections to the space: the lounge, the studio, and the outdoor patio garden. The indoor capacity is 750 guests, with an outdoor capacity of 750+ guests. There are two separate sets of women’s and men’s restrooms designed to accommodate high-traffic events, as well as a VIP bathroom with a rainfall shower for talent and special guests. Perfect for large sit-down dinners, corporate conferences, fashion shows, trade expos, product launches, tech and fitness demos, social events, concerts, and immersive productions of all kinds, the venue is ready to bring your most sophisticated visions to life. All outside vendors are welcome, except for bar catering and security teams. Lighting, sound, AV/tech, furniture rentals, décor, and other production services are available if desired.
