A lush speakeasy-style artist parlour tucked away in Williamsburg. This studio is perfect for witchy, artsy, vintage, victorian, gothic, luxe, pirate, and renaissance inspired shoots. Our studio is a fully decorated boutique photo studio conveniently located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Featuring artistic, vintage decor and curious details, this unique space is suitable for small photo and video shoots with crews up to 15. The studio features one large, completely private room which is fully furnished and decorated. Available 7-days a week | 8am-9pm (bookings outside these hours may be subject to higher rates) SPACE FEATURES - 400 ft² studio space - 14' x 28' rough dimensions - Controlled lighting - WiFi - Work table - Furnishings - Fridge - Restroom CONVENIENCE Conveniently located off the Bedford L station SCHEDULING Our minimum booking is 3hrs or $240 (+ cleaning + processing fee). Shorter bookings almost always end up using additional time which incurs overtime fees. Please be sure your booking request includes enough time to load in, set up, wrap, and load out. DAYLIGHT This studio has NO windows! ...But the photo shows a huge windowed balcony?! I know. It's a giant light box built into the wall for photo shoots. It looks and feels like sunlight streaming through the doors when it's on, but it's an illusion. Regardless of the actual time of day, you can control the light, easily changing the look from bright daylight to a subdued evening glow. HOW IS THE SOUND IN YOUR SPACE? This studio is not a sound stage. While normally the studio is very quiet, we cannot guarantee our neighbors will be at any time of day. Sound from the hallways outside the space and neighboring studios may be picked up on sensitive audio equipment, including voices, doors, and music. GIANT FABRIC HEART Due to its fragile and special nature, this prop may only be used for an additional fee of $35/day. STUDIO EQUIPMENT Don't lug your C-Stands around! We have c-stands and various other grip equipment available for your convenience. Grip: 4- Adult C-stands 1- Baby C-stand 4- Sand Bags 2- Full Apple Boxes 10- Spring clamps Electric: 4- 20 - 50' extension cords 4- circuit (20a) dedicated to the room for lights and equipment Audio: 2- Studio speakers for playback (bluetooth & aux) --Additional Rental Equipment ($)-- *Please confirm the availability of Additional Rental Equipment in advance of your booking. **Due to its fragile nature, the Giant Fabric Heart will only be available if rented at $35/day.** Lighting: 1- Dynalite 3 head Strobe kit - $45/day 3- Gemini 1x1 Light Panel - $40/day each ABOUT THE STUDIO STAFF Burke H. - Owner/Designer of the studio.
