A rare wilderness property within the City Of Los Angeles, just a 15-minute drive from the studios in Burbank, sandwiched between the 5 and 210 freeways. 1.8 miles to the 210, 5 miles to the 5. Many different venues: Riparian forest, pirate village, fire truck, boats on trailers, trailer park. LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED FOR PERSONAL INJURY: it's a very rough property: rocks, sticks, stream, rattle snakes, the chance of accidental injury is HIGH.
