A plant-filled, art-directed Wicker Park home with approximately 3,500 square feet across three distinct levels. Bright gallery volumes, moody charcoal rooms, a baby grand piano, a professional chef’s kitchen, and a lantern-lit Spanish-inspired courtyard give productions a wide range of looks in one location. Shootable spaces include the piano lounge with gas fireplace and retractable projection screen; a chef’s kitchen with an eight-burner professional range, double ovens, commercial hood, granite island, wine refrigerator, and Breville coffee bar; the Banyan Suite with black canopy king, vaulted skylight, spa bath, and private tropical terrace; the Fig Suite with jetted bath; the first-floor Willow Room; the charcoal Sage Den with queen Murphy bed; a cedar sauna; a Moroccan-style powder room; and a garden-level lounge with projection wall, wet bar, and DJ booth. Outside, the pea-gravel Spanish-inspired courtyard is framed by a timber pergola, embroidered parasols, pierced-metal lanterns, concrete dining, a garden bar, cabana daybed, hammock, jali panels, gas fire features, and built-in color lighting for evening looks. The home spans three floors and includes four bedrooms. Street parking and stair access are available. The property is best suited to thoughtful film, photography, sound recording, meetings, retreats, workshops, dining, receptions, showers, weddings, and special occasions. All bookings require prior approval. Productions also require a signed agreement and certificate of insurance. Additional production or location fees may apply.
