About the Space
Two daylight studio location houses, rented separately, on a huge landscaped lot. The original house, Studio, built in the 1920’s with art deco furnishings and props. Custom built kitchen with working vintage fridge and stove. Paneled bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a claw foot tub. The latest addition is the beach house, studio, is sat upon pristine white sand. Shiplap walls and whitewash floors, boho furnishings with natural elements create the breezy space perfect for shooting. The French doors slide fully open to create an indoor-to-outdoor space. Outside has a vintage truck, picket fence, hammock, weathered shutters and more. Please specify in notes if you would like to book the original Studio or the beach house Studio.

This space is truly incredible, but what makes it exceptional is the host. From the very first message, the communication was clear, warm, and thoughtful. The host went above and beyond in every way possible. So attentive, so kind, and genuinely invested in making sure everything we needed was taken care of. The location itself is pristine. The decor is beyond tasteful, beautifully curated, and absolutely immaculate. Every corner is intentional, clean, and inspiring. There is so much room to work, create, and move comfortably, which makes such a difference on a shoot day. This is an incredibly generous host with an unbelievable space. It felt welcoming, calm, and creatively energizing all at once. I cannot recommend this location highly enough and would absolutely love to return. A true gem.

I had my wedding at this beautiful venue, in the Studio House, and it was simply magical. The entire place is wonderful, and I’m still getting compliments on how amazing it was. I’d even say it’s bigger in person, and I didn’t even need decorations besides the table settings because it’s just so beautiful and provides an entire vibe by itself. Spike and Sarah were always so kind and helpful, guiding us through every step and making the whole process feel so smooth (weddings are stressful as we all know, but they made it so much nicer and more enjoyable!). I can’t thank them enough and I’ll never stop recommending this place.l!
