About the Space

We are an event and studio space located in Oak Cliff, Dallas, TX! We host baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, art gallery pop-ups, and much more. Our space is a white blank canvas ready for you to decorate or enjoy as is! Our space is 1200 square ft and can accommodate up to 60 seated guests comfortable and up to 85 standing. We have a bar area to serve drinks/food/ dessert and a kitchen prep area to keep food in warmers, prep/store food. Guests are allowed to bring in food and or alcoholic beverages. At the end of the party guests must take down all decorations and trash and dispose of it properly in our trash area. Rate: $140/hr $40 cleaning fee Included in rental: 7 round tables- 60" round banquet style tables- 8-10 people per table 2 rectangle tables- 6 ft. long kitchen/bar area 100 chairs Restrooms Parking lot
