Studio A is premier, production-ready space designed to support a wide range of creative projects with efficiency and flexibility. The studio features two professional cyclorama walls: a large 60 ft by 40 ft white cyc ideal for expansive builds, commercial shoots, and full-scale productions, and a 20 ft by 30 ft green cyc perfectly suited for chroma key work, virtual production, and controlled environments. *Please note that renting this space includes ONE of the cyclorama walls (Green or White), however using an additional wall can be added for an add-on fee. Both cyc walls are equipped with an overhead speed rail grid system, allowing for seamless rigging and fast installation of lighting and production equipment. A scissor lift is also available on-site, making overhead setup safe, efficient, and accessible for crews of all sizes (Must be certified or overseen by staff to use). The space has been successfully utilized for commercials, music videos, livestreams, YouTube content, branded shoots, interviews, and more, making it a versatile production space for both high-end productions and fast-turnaround content creation. Built with production logistics in mind, featuring three loading dock doors; including one drive-in bay, making load-in and load-out simple for vehicles, gear, and set pieces. To further support your production, additional amenities are included with the rental such as a green room, conference room, and lobby. Additional production offices are available as add-ons, providing a comfortable and functional environment for talent and crew. Production supplies such as folding tables/chairs are also available for additional rental.
