About the Space
The perfect location for your small intimate event! Set on 135 acres, the space is able to host the celebration, event, or wedding of your dreams. We will assist with providing details as to requirements in order to host your event, simply present us with your plans and guest list and you can start planning your big day! This is meant for intimate events, we do not provide access to bathrooms onsite or power for equipment such as lighting, music, etc. In order to host your event please keep in mind a porta potty rental will be necessary and generators (if necessary for outdoor needs), these items are not included in pricing and we can assist you with options but proof of booking will be needed prior to event. If tables and chairs are needed we can provide this at an extra fee, white tablecloths included. Decor beyond our basic outdoor lighting is not provided and this will up to you (flowers, etc; all decor must not attach or mount to the home)! All caterers must be licensed and insured with NYS. We reserve the right to decline vendors that do not meet this requirement, please inquire prior for approval. Hair and makeup area will be reserved for select members hosting event, these areas will be off limits to remainder of guests as event will be held outdoors. Sample photos for inspiration are provided, these are simply inspiration photos. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask!
