The Main Bar & Patio is the heartbeat of Westside — anchored by a large, fully stocked bar, a welcoming dining room, and a covered patio that flows seamlessly into the courtyard. With capacity for 200 guests, it sets the tone for the entire property and serves as a natural gathering hub for any event. Idlewild is our open-format event space — a clean, versatile canvas with capacity for 250 guests, including its own outdoor beer garden. Whether you're hosting a seated dinner, a brand activation, or a cocktail reception, Idlewild adapts to your vision with ease. The Echo Room is something entirely its own — an intimate cocktail lounge and vinyl listening room for up to 100 guests. Thoughtfully designed for conversation and connection, it's ideal as a VIP lounge, breakout space, or standalone private event. All three spaces can be booked independently or opened together for full venue buyouts accommodating 800 to 1,000 guests. The Courtyard At the center of it all is our expansive outdoor courtyard — and it's anything but an afterthought. A significant outdoor stage serves as the centerpiece, ready for live performances, keynote presentations, or DJ sets. Our permanent vintage Airstream trailer anchors the space, serving from a house menu that can also be configured for large-scale catering. The integrated sound system connects every corner of the property — creating a seamless audio experience across the entire venue. Turnkey & Ready to Go We are built to make event planning easy. We come fully staffed and furnished — tables, chairs, bar staff, kitchen team, and event support are all part of the package. A full commercial kitchen supports everything from plated dinners to passed appetizers. While some specialty events may call for additional rentals, we bring a lot to the table so you don't have to. Dedicated onsite parking combined with an adjacent garage accommodates up to 500 vehicles — a rare advantage in the city.
