About the Space

This is a private and secluded 70 acre Western horse facility and Ranch with huge unobstructed views. Easy to get to, just one hour and 15 min from LA. Property also has a stage area with a bar, a dance floor, barns and a large hillside field dedicated to the horses, cows, chickens and goats EXPERIENCED horse wrangler and horses are available for additional fee. Horses can be used for general background in their native areas or can be used for principle role depending on production needs. For liability and safety reasons, we cannot allow actors, models, or anyone without prior experience to ride or sit on horses without prior approval. All participants must first be evaluated by our horse wrangler. We offer classes for evaluation, but please understand that taking just one class will not fully prepare someone to ride or sit on a horse safely. We kindly ask that no exceptions be requested, and we urge you to respect this policy. For a safe and smooth production, please consult with Gracie for guidance. No permits are required.
