Welcome to our West Village Clubhouse. A beacon of old New York charm, flooded with natural light, plant life and inspiration to keep your eye wandering throughout your visit. This bright 1500 sq ft loft is a rare gem to come by available for rent in the West Village these days. Find yourself right at home with a fully equipped kitchen, loft office area, smart TV, and internet. The master bedroom includes two single beds that are set up as a queen but can be separated, through the master bedroom is a small guest room and in the loft area above the living area is a double bed. Bedroom windows face south into quintessential quiet West Village street, Living room has a large sky light and windows facing north into the garden. This is to floor walk up of a private brownstone with security surveillance and staff upon request. A great space for photoshoots, intimate gatherings and stays.
