About the Space

This is an intimate, design-forward lounge located behind its own private street entrance. Inspired by the intersection of art, music, coffee, fashion and culture, it offers a distinctive industrial-meets-editorial backdrop for productions, events, gatherings, and creative projects. The space pairs exposed industrial elements, including original ductwork and concrete flooring with sophisticated furnishings, curated art, sculptural décor, rich wood tones, and an elevated lounge atmosphere. The aesthetic is intentionally cinematic and versatile: equally suited for a fashion or lifestyle photoshoot, intimate brand activation, listening session, interview, dinner, cocktail gathering, creative meeting, or private event. A signature feature of is its separate street-level entrance, giving the venue a sense of privacy and discovery. Once inside, the space feels like a hidden destination tucked away from the surrounding showroom environment. The venue is designed to photograph beautifully, with a mix of architectural texture, natural light, ambient lighting, and layered materials.
