About the Space

In the heart of west midtown, we offer this beautiful, fully draped event lounge & dinner party room with chandeliers, ceiling drapes, uplighting and a kitchenette. We accommodate roughly 75 guests in this room comfortably. No need to bring furnishings, as we provide tables and chairs, luxury chairs, lounge furniture, cocktail tables, high top tables, buffet tables for food, elevated DJ booth, bar podium, stage, etc. Our LED lighting has been infused throughout this room throughout the walls and ceilings, illuminating the room in your favorite themed colors. Our dimmable chandeliers can brighten the room for visibility, or you can dim them all the way and let the LEDs color the room. Our venue is caterer friendly with a kitchenette including sink, countertops, and refrigerator ! Come enjoy a facility where the ambiance has already been created for you, minimizing the time and money you’ll spend trying to get the look you desire ! - No smoking allowed, with the exception of hookah - Smoking will result in $250 smoke fee - No confetti, glitter, nails or tacks in walls for decorations - Must use a bartending service if there is alcohol at the event - Outside DJs, caterers and decorators are allowed, or we can refer you to our preferred vendors
