Insurance fee is $40 required. No Security deposit for stays under 2 months. This duplex is a great place to call home during your stay! The living room dining space laundry and kitchen are all on the first floor. There is also a half bath on the first floor. Then head upstairs to two bedrooms each with Queen beds and a bathroom. The Queen beds in the bedrooms are comfortable and are thick mattresses! The sofa bed is available if you want to spread out. It is a thin mattress but we can provide a 3 inch foam topper to help the sofa bed be more comfortable. Sheets and pillows are provided for the extra bed. It is helpful if you tell us you plan to use the sofa bed. Advertised rate is based on 30 people headcount, still photoshoot, low impact.
