Also a large assortment of props and set decoration available, including books, art, mirrors, lamps, vintage magazines, comics, knickknacks, and more. Previous film and photo shoots have made it look cozy, creepy, spooky, artsy, abandoned, decayed, grungy, spartan, and boudoir/romantic. Are you making a drama? Horror? Comedy? Music video? Commercial? It's a remarkably adaptable creative space! Conveniently located near where the 10 and 405 meet, and just 7 miles from LAX. Lots of local restaurants and catering options nearby. Nick is a beyond incredible host. He went above and beyond to make sure that my team was taken care of in his home. He was so accommodating and generous with his space and his time. Very easy to communicate with. Nick is a filmmaker himself and understands what it’s like to be going through production which was awesome. He’s dedicated to creating a great environment for everyone on set. I can’t stress enough how much of a pleasure it was to work with Nick and I will most definitely be filming at his home in the future!
