Event Use & Restrictions This location is suited only for low-impact, well-managed events. • No loud or high-energy parties • No DJs, external speakers, bands, or amplified live music • Only the built-in speaker may be used, and music must remain at a low decent level • No bottle service, event promoters, or party-style setups Acceptable use includes: Film productions, photoshoots, small pool gatherings, brunch-style events, wellness/meditation sessions, gender revels, baby or bridal showers, casual birthdays, daytime celebrations, and small networking/social events.
