With its unique beauty and romantic ambiance, this authentic Spanish Mediterranean Villa offers an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourself in the captivating history of Old Hollywood. The abundant natural light and versatile layout making it ideal for photography and video production. There are 4 bedrooms, including a historic Prohibition-era speakeasy in the basement, 3.5 bathrooms, a spacious yard with a gazebo, multiple patios, a cozy library, an elegant dining room, and a breathtaking living room with rustic beamed ceilings. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, our rules are flexible and we're willing to accomodate special requests on a case-by-case basis. This place is Awesome!!! The host was great, I wish I could leave 2 reviews just to give them 10 stars. If you book this place make sure you book enough time because we book 4 hours and still didn't have enough time to use the full location. This was the best home by far I have shot in 4 1/2 floors of creative imagination to be use. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
