About the Space

Our space is a boutique gym, providing an intimate setting to help you reach your fitness goals gradually, through progressive workouts, introducing the science behind your biomechanics, whilst recognizing your strengths and weaknesses so that we can reduce injury and establish true balance. *Available to rent out the space off hours: After 5pm during weekends and after 8pm during weekdays. We have an off street parking lot for up to 5 spots.
