The home has 2 fire outdoor fireplaces and multiple outdoor sitting areas, professional landscape design and lighting throughout. The square-footage of the home itself is 2400sf, and is surrounded by 8,000sf of gardens and patios on a 10,000sf lot on a bustling historic neighborhood street. A few doors to the east are two restaurants, Welcome Diner and Gallo Blanco, and a wine, beer and plants hope called Buena Vista.
