About the Space

We wanted our gym to feel a bit like some of our Downtown Sacramento hangouts. Large (over 5,000 sq ft) gym with open spaces for either fitness-related video or photo for fitness or fashion or even portraits. Seasonal natural light depending on time of day. Huge rusted corrugated metal feature wall. Other walls are neutrally painted cinder blocks. New lifting equipment in black-painted steel. Kilo and bumper plates. Large rollup doors. Upgraded restrooms with showers. Any space within the gym can be booked in advance. Gym members have 24-hour access, but there are many quiet hours during the week and Sundays.
