Beautiful Waterfront Cottage on Lake Scugog, Just 80 KM from Toronto, 10 minutes drive to downtown town Port Perry. Our place is designed to give you plenty of space to relax and unwind while still capturing the classic wooden cottage atmosphere.
The layout is open and spacious, providing a generous living area with stunning views of the water all around. The property includes 10 acre wooded land, 280 feet of waterfront, 2700 sq. ft. four season main cottage with 3 bedrooms, large open-concept kitchen, fully furnished 3 living rooms with plenty of room to set up gear. A A-framed bunkie and a domed tent, multi-level decks, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, extra large 20'x12'hard top aluminum patio gazebo, firepit, dock, kayaks, paddleboards, and wifi.
At our all-season retreat, you'll discover a perfect blend of natural beauty, contemporary elegance and timeless cottage charm.
Guest could select to book for daytime hourly usage only or multi-days overnight booking. Overnight stay is limited to 15 people, all basic beddings and linens and housing essentials are provided. Booking for more than 10 hours will be granted 1 free overnight stay.
