On the first floor, Wategos 1, previously the Cavanbah Room, can accommodate up to 75 people theatre style or 36 in a Boardroom set up or 27 U-shape and is ideal for meetings, conferences, classes or special events. The room is supplied cleared of furniture which is in a cupboard in the corner. Room hirers are responsible for their own setup and pack-down. If this isn’t possible we can set up for you, prices from $100 to set up and pack down. Facilities in Wategos 1 include: Chairs & tables that can be configured in a variety of layouts Wifi Spring Water Whiteboard Flip Chart Board Data projector Fully air-conditioned PA system including a microphone. (Lapel and cordless mics are available upon request for a small fee.)
